4 Steps from Inquiry to Delivery

Before You Reach Out

Quick answers to what buyers may concern

It depends on the factory and product. For most fishes and shrimp products, minimum is typically 1 × 20ft container (approximately 8–10 MT). For less common species, MOQ may be higher. Tell us your required volume in the inquiry form and we’ll find a factory that fits.

We earn a sourcing commission from the factory side. For buyers, our basic matching and coordination service carries no direct fee. For buyers who require additional services — dedicated quality inspection, sample coordination, or ongoing account management — we discuss a service arrangement upfront. No hidden charges.

Yes. We recommend samples for first-time orders. We coordinate directly with the factory to prepare samples to your spec. Typical cost covers production and courier — usually $150–500 depending on product and destination. Sample costs are generally credited against your first commercial order.

Our network covers: HACCP, BRC, ASC, BAP, GlobalGAP, HALAL, IFS, and SMETA. Not every factory holds every certification — tell us which are required and we’ll match accordingly. We always verify certificate validity before recommending a factory.

We don’t walk away after the deal closes. If there’s a legitimate quality discrepancy supported by third-party inspection reports, we work with the factory to find a resolution. In case the reason originates from the production, there shall probably be a partial credit, replacement, or other arrangement. We represent your interests with the factory directly.

From inquiry to first shipment, the typical timeline is 4–8 weeks: factory matching within 48 hours, quote and negotiation 3–7 days, sample evaluation 2–3 weeks (if required), production and shipment 3–4 weeks. Rush orders can sometimes be arranged depending on factory availability.
